Adjacent to Concord Airport Business Park Phase 1, this site was an opportunity to expand the development from Phase 1 of the Concord Airport Business Park. Orsborn stepped in to provide construction administration services and conduct a peer review of the site upon completion of permitting. This was a continuation of the partnership started with Silverman Group.
