Continuing on the success of The Presley, Profitt Dixon Partners developed this Uptown space which now touts 302 multi-family, for rent units on 2.7 acres in Uptown Charlotte. This building also includes retail space to support residents and surrounding parcels. 

This Uptown Charlotte project included mass excavation, road improvements around Stonewall Street; multiple underground storm detention systems, and podium style construction.
