Blackstone Armory

This redeveloped and expanded site that is part of Wilkinson Boulevard’s continued evolution right out of Uptown Charlotte, originally included three, aged buildings which were taken down to make way for the state-of-the-art indoor shooting range. Positioned up against the railroad and Wilkinson Boulevard and with residential zoning behind, Orsborn’s challenges were working through variances and regulations.
