ExtraSpace Graham Street

This 100,000 square foot facility on 1.4 acres is five stories tall at the corner of a thriving intersection in Uptown Charlotte; it was an opportunity to work with the underlying zoning district to meet the unique intersection of all the ordinance requirements which also included maximizing the development density.
