Built in 2012, Fountains is 208 multi-family, for rent apartments on almost five acres (40 units per acre). It was one of the first to locations along Charlotte’s evolving Blue Line light rail in thriving Southend as it is located at New Bern Station. This brownfield site was previously home to traditional Southend industrial.
