Challenging for its shape and earth work, The Presley’s triangular parcel backs up to I-277 – two stories below I-277. This was the first property in the Stonewall revitalization associated with the NASCAR Hall of Fame project. This 234 multi-family, for rent apartment building on 2.2 acres (100+ units per acre) also includes a parking garage that goes four stories underground. This was a partnership with Profitt Dixon Partners.
