University City Apartments Northline

When the City of Charlotte began construction that would extend the LYNX Blue Line to the University area, our client saw the vision for a transit-oriented development. This particular project is located between Tom Hunter Station and University City Boulevard. For this project, we developed two new public streets which created four development blocks that include apartments and townhomes for rent.
